- Number of imprint colors and locations — each additional color or location on a screen-printed item adds cost. Digital and DTF methods don’t charge per color.
- Setup charges — most factories charge one, and it’s often waived on a reorder of the same artwork.
- Timing — rush production and expedited freight both cost money. Ordering early is the cheapest discount available.
