Information you give us directly
When you fill in a quote request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up on this site, we collect what you type into it. That normally means your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about the job you want quoted. If you attach artwork or a logo, we receive that too.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce your order, and keep in touch about that order. Form submissions are stored inside our website so we do not lose your enquiry, and they are also emailed to our office.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived, and how long you stay. This is used to understand which pages are useful, to keep the site secure, and to measure our advertising.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes: making the site work, remembering your cookie choices, measuring traffic, and advertising.
Specifically, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data about your visit. You can read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We also use Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, and LinkedIn advertising tags. These may be used to show you our ads on other websites after you have visited ours, and to tell us whether an ad led to an enquiry.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the service providers we use to run the business and the website:
- Google — website analytics and advertising.
- Meta and LinkedIn — advertising measurement and retargeting.
- Our web host and security providers — to serve the site and protect it from attacks and spam. Security tools log IP addresses of login attempts.
- Automattic (Akismet) — spam filtering on forms and comments.
- Our suppliers and decorators — only the details needed to produce and ship your order, such as your artwork, sizes, and delivery address.
- Payment processors — if you pay online, your card details go directly to the processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
Client ordering portals and our product catalog
Some customers order through dedicated portals hosted by CompanyCasuals, and our browsable product catalog is hosted on a separate system at products.rockymountainpromo.com. When you follow a link into either of those, you are on a third-party platform governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Advertising and “targeted advertising”
Because we use advertising pixels, some privacy laws treat that activity as “sharing” or “selling” personal information for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands for your data. You can opt out at any time using our opt-out preferences page.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar universal opt-out signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as an opt-out request for targeted advertising without you having to do anything else.
Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- send you a copy;
- stop using it for targeted advertising;
- stop sending you marketing email.

If we turn a request down, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response, and Colorado residents may also contact the Colorado Attorney General.
Every marketing email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Website analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and we use security monitoring, spam filtering, and login protection. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
