Artwork and Digitizing

Embroidery does not print your logo — it rebuilds it as a stitch path, so the file matters. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal because it scales cleanly. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files often work too, and if all you have is an old business card or a faded jpeg, we can usually clean up or recreate your logo for you.

Embroidery is priced by stitch count — how much thread it takes to build your design — which is why a full-color logo costs no more to stitch than a one-color one, and why clean, bold marks are both the best looking and the most economical. Most embroidery orders are ready in about two weeks after you approve your proof. Working against an event date? Ask about rush options and we will do our best to hit your deadline. We keep your digitized artwork on file, so reorders come back quick and match the first run exactly.
