Embroidery does not print your logo — it rebuilds it as a stitch path, so the file matters. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal because it scales cleanly. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files often work too, and if all you have is an old business card or a faded JPEG, we can usually clean up or recreate your logo for you.
