Embroidered or Printed?
Jackets are almost always embroidered. Stitching survives weather, looks premium, and won't crack the way a print can on a shell fabric. Where a logo is full-color or too detailed to stitch cleanly, DTF printing is the alternative — it handles gradients and fine detail that embroidery has to simplify.
Left chest is the standard spot. Back yokes, sleeves and nameplates are all common additions — individual names stitched under a company logo cost less than most people expect.
Ordering Tips
Order outerwear early. Jacket stock is seasonal and the popular colors go first, so a November order for December delivery is a gamble — late summer and early fall is the comfortable window. If you're buying for a whole staff, collect sizes before you order rather than guessing.
