How to Order Custom Printed T-Shirts in Grand Junction

Pick the Print Method First
Screen printing gives you the lowest price per shirt on larger runs of a simple, few-color design. The ink sits into the fabric for a soft, durable finish.
DTF printing gives you unlimited colors, photo-quality detail and no per-color setup fee — so it wins on detailed artwork, small quantities, and orders where every shirt needs a different name or number.
Rough rule of thumb: lots of shirts, few colors → screen printing. Few shirts, lots of colors → DTF. Send us the art and the quantity and we'll price it both ways if it's close.
Choosing the Shirt
100% cotton is the classic soft tee — great for events and giveaways.
Cotton/poly blends hold their shape and color longer through repeated washing, which is why they're the usual pick for staff shirts and uniforms.
Performance polyester wicks moisture for teams, outdoor crews and anything athletic.
Ring-spun and premium tees feel noticeably better and are worth it when the shirt is a gift rather than a uniform.
Artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) print best at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG usually works fine for DTF. If your logo only exists as a low-res image or a photo of an old shirt, send it anyway — we evaluate artwork for free and will tell you what it needs.
Quantities, Sizes and Timing
Collect your size breakdown before you order — it's the single biggest cause of reorders. Build in lead time for anything with a hard date (a tournament, a grand opening, a fundraiser), and tell us the date up front so we can plan around it rather than around it being a surprise.
